Rachel & Irresistible Annie

Here is the second DT card from Rachel, this time using the Irresistible Annie stamp. Rachel used Basic Grey Sugared paper for this wonderful card.

Look at that little face! How could you resist?

As before Rachel decorated the inside of her card too, making it a wonderful keepsake for any recipient.

A gorgeous card once again. Thank you Rachel ♥

Annie Sitting Pretty

Hi fellow stampers, hope you are all enjoying the sunshine. Cor it's damn fine weather out there at the mo (so why am I sitting here on the computer ...LOL). However fine the weather may be a truly dedicated crafter will always find time to craft, right girls? I would love to see what you have come up with using our Delectable stamp range, I am soon creating a customer gallery so if you would like your work to be shown then just leave a link in a comment.

Here is a card I created a card using Annie Sitting Pretty and the Stool stamp.

Here is what I used:
  • Stamps: Delectable Annie Sitting Pretty and Stool, coloured in with Copics.
  • Papers: K&Co Que Sera Sera. I coloured in the bottom strip with Cardinal red Copic marker.
  • Embellishments: K&Co various: "Thinking of you" is Que Sera Sera. Flowers, Chipboard and Pearls are Ancestry. Butterfly Rub-on is AB Lotus. "Remember" is also a rub-on.
  • Yellow thread coloured in with green Copic marker to match the background.
  • Tools: Nestabilities and Martha Stewart Edge Punch

Carry on enjoying the sunshine but remember to craft too, it's good for the soul :-)

Rachel & Annie plus Ted

Good morning all you delectable people :-)

I am so over the moon with our utterly wonderful design team, aren't they just the best? The three design teams for Charmed Cards & Crafts consist of the very best crafters, both for the main Charmed site, the digi stamp team, and the Delectable team. I simply couldn't wish for a better bunch of girls to showcase all our products (and we have a lot, 14,000 product lines and ever growing).

Here is a card from the wonderful Rachel Jakes, showcasing Annie and her beloved Ted. Rachel has decorated the inside of her card too. This is not just a card, it is a lovely keepsake, just beautiful. I love the vintage feel to this card. Thank you Rachel ♥

I love how Rachel has used part of the image for the inside:

Thank you for visiting. Have a lovely day ♥♥

Utterly Irresistible

This little cutie is not called Irresistible Annie for nothing - it was so hard to pick a favourite with these stamps but I think this little Annie has won my heart (till I colour another one lol). I really can't believe my luck at being chosen to be on the DT along with such amazing crafters. Thanks Karen, I'm loving it!!

I've used the new Papermania Blueberry Hill papers, and coloured the image with my usual distress inks and H2O's.

Elegant Annie

When my DT kit arrived yesterday I was really doing a happy dance - so much so that it took me ages to decide just which stamp I was going to ink up ..... till I saw the gorgeous little stool with flowers. That settled it for me, it had to be a sitting down Annie.I've used Basic Grey Wisteria papers and coloured Annie and the stool with distress inks and Twinkling H2O's.

Marlene and Purrfect Annie

Yesterday I promised you another card from our new team member Marlene, and just look at what she has created with Purrfect Annie and her kitty, isn't it delightful? Marlene used Copic markers to colour in, and the colours are absolutely perfect with the Basic Grey Wisteria papers.

Totally stunning card. Thank you Marlene ♥

New Design Team and Angel Annie...

We have started to assemble a small, but perfectly formed, design team for our Delectable stamps and I can announce our first member, the amazingly talented Beverly Rochester. Just pop over to Bev's blog and take a look at her amazing work. Welcome to the team Bev ♥♥♥

Just posted this card to my own blog and thought I would show it here too. It uses one of my favourite stamps: Angel Annie.

This is a large A5 card yet Angel Annie fits it perfectly. I coloured Annie in using Copic markers.

The design team will expand and we will let you know as and when we choose our new Delectable team members (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A DESIGN TEAM CALL). I am sure they will bring great inspiration.

Sitting Pretty

Hi Folks Louise here,
I made this card for a challenge but thought you guys would like to see it on this blogg too. I wanted to get the effect of Annie's feet really dangling, I think by cropping the card like this I've managed to achieve it.

The papers and embellies are from We R Memory Keepers and the Acrylic stamp is Annie Sitting Pretty from Charmed Delectable Stamps (where else!).

I've been a bit poorly this week so I haven't got much done at all but I really did enjoy making this card this afternoon.

Purrfect Annie & Kitty

I think this must be one of the most popular Annie stamps, I made the following card yesterday without even thinking about the fact that the last card on here used the same image Ooops! Ah well, you can never get too much of Annie with her Kitty.

You know how you always base your cards around a particular element - well I do anyway. I really wanted to use the blue ribbon on my card so everything else was built around that, from the layout to the paper colour. I don't use blue much so I searched through my stash and discovered this BG Oh Baby Boy paper. I think it worked perfectly and the flowers from the pattern came in handy to cut out for the perfect matching embellishment too. The flat backed pearls are from The K&Co Blue Awning range.

Have lovely day,

Louise xx

Candy Winner....

Boy that was difficult!! I had to make the draw several times as people either didn't follow the blog, didn't mention the candy on their blog, had more than one entry in the list, or didn't even have a blog! Each times I had to sit and count the comment - next time I'll get one of those link gadgets that put a number in front of each entry LOL

But eventually I got our winner, and here she is (drum roll please):

That is BettyBoop67

Congratulations to you. You have a week to get your address details to me, if I haven't heard from you within that time we will draw again.

Commiserations to everyone else, but watch out, there may be more candy soon :-)

Purrfect Annie

Hi all, hope you are enjoying a lovely lazy Sunday. How are you getting on with your new Delectable stamps? We have enjoyed seeing some of your amazing creations on our blog rounds, and Annie looks perfect in each and every one. It certainly seems as though you are enjoying this little lady as much as we are.

Although the accessory stamps were made with the Annie sitting pretty and Elegant Annie in mind, experiment with some of the other stamps too. The tree stump stamp for example is large enough to seat the larger Purrfect Annie with her Kitty, as shown here.

So experimenting with the stamps can often bring great results.

Products I used on this card:
Stamps: Delectable Purrfect Annie with Kitty and Delectable Tree Stump
Paper: Basic Grey Porcelain and ATC Plain Cardstock
Various: K&Co Que Sera Sera Notecard; Dovecraft flower brad, Basic Grey brads, Bazzill Flower, Paper roses, K&Co Rub-Ons. Pine branches cut with McGill punch. Images were coloured in with Copic markers.

It's way past the launch now so we need to get the candy sent out. Pop back this evening when I will pick a winner.

TFL and have a lovely day ♥♥

Delectable stamps are in the house....

...and they have been for a few days now. All pre-orders have been sent out, and hopefully received, and individual stamps are now available to purchase. The blog candy winner will be draw in a day or two so stand by for that.

Here is a card I made for our sister blog "Dottie's World" (for our popular digi stamps), to introduce the Delectable range to our customers there (if you are not already here ♥). It uses the "Irresistible Annie" stamp.

This stamp is good for so many occasions: Birthday (as here), Get Well, Sorry, Friendship, Just Because... the list goes on. I added a little shading at the bottom of the figure (after taking the picture), which emphasises the unique "looking down" element of this stamp. Papers and elements are K&Co. Lace ribbon bow - all is available at Charmed Cards & Crafts. Annie was coloured in with Copic markers and the frame cut on my Silhouette.
